    Description

    Vintage Seiss bicycle AooGaa klaxon style handle bar mounted horn.  The bottom loop
    is not here but I think I have one that will line up and fit and will include it.  This needs
    some TLC...the sounder is not making the usually squawk but is trying...so lets say for
    restoration or repair.  Probably just needs adjustment
