Marblehead lighthouse
Bay point, Ohio 1885
This tower built in 1821 is the oldest active light on the Great Lakes. It originally stood 55 feet tall until it was raised 10 more feet at an unknown time.
Toledo Harbor Lighthouse
Toledo, Ohio circa 1860
Built in 1904 to guide ships into the recently dredged Maumee river. The tower stands 72 feet above the water.
