4 are new and unopened and 2 are like new, not in packages, stored in home-based trauma kits but never used. I recently moved and am downsizing and now I just have more supplies than I realistically need for the space I'm in. They use a nylon strap, a heavy duty buckle and a ratcheting type system that, once tightened around the limb, allows you to just turn the folding tab on the body to occlude blood flow. Combined with a simple push button release system, this is a very simple, easy to use tourniquet, even one-handed. And like other ratchet type systems, it does not lose pressure if you slip or are forced to stop during application. All 6 come from the same LOT SL114711, were manufactured in the Dominican Republic, NSN: 6515-01-538-2207. I also have some unused trauma shears that I will include with your purchase.
