This vintage postcard features the Masonic Temple building in Winona, Minnesota
POSTMARK

yes, May 19, 1924. The stamp was peeled off. It was mailed to an inmate at the reformatory (state prison) in Iowa, hence the "inspected and passed" ink stamps on reverse. (the family was faithful in writing over the many years this inmate served time)
