Apple IIGS 8MB RAM CFFA3000 ZipGS 14.92MHz 2soniq Sound Card - Nice Condition - Many Upgrades - Working
For your consideration: my personal upgraded Apple IIGS
In very nice condition.  Some *extremely slight* yellowing on the case bottom.  One of the rear tabs broke off my original case bottom, so this is from another IIGS and it's just "a sixteenth of a bubble off of plumb" with case top, if you catch my drift.  But, full disclosure, it's not a 100% match.

- I installed a socket for the oscillator, recapped the board, replaced the appropriate ICs with faster components and upgraded to faster cache SRAM in order to try to max out the system.  The system is fairly stable at 14.92MHz and I use it that way, but eventually it will begin to complain and bomb out.  It takes a little while though - I can definitely get some games in as-is and it works fine.  Wait a bit - wash, rinse and repeat.
There are a couple options if you'd prefer it more stable:
1) I'm including several additional oscillators at lower frequencies - just replace the crystal and away you go.  The crystals are sometimes a bit loose in the socket, especially because it's mounted vertically, so I used a dollop of hot glue to hold it in place.  If you decide to change the crystal out, you do so at your own risk -
make sure to orient the crystal correctly!
2) You could try installing a fan or system saver of some type - heat is likely the issue here.  If I run the system without the case top, it seems to remain stable for longer.

This has been a wonderful hobby system and has been well loved.  It would be a great system for anybody who loves the IIGS and wants to have a simpler "out of the box" experience with modern upgrades.  The cards have been removed, the internal cables have been taped down, and the main components have been individually bubble wrapped, etc for maximum protection during shipping.
