This Bowflex Ultimate leg extension is used and is OEM from an original Ultimate (not 2) model. One of the foam sections has some staining and a split/tear but it does not effect functionality. It has some other blemishes from typical use and age but nothing effects functionality. It will be disassembled for shipping purposes. Please see pictures for details on condition.
