The Marcy SM-7393 Home Gym System features a wide variety of resistance training exercises for a total body workout. With a free-weight squat rack, dip bars, a pull-up bar, an upper pulley, a lower pulley, and a weight bench with a leg developer, you can target several muscle groups. Target your quadriceps and glutes using an Olympic bar (sold separately) with the squat rack. The heavy duty bar catches allow for easy barbell placement and are adjustable to suit various users. Target your triceps and chest using the dip bars, designed with foam grips for added comfort. Target your upper body and shoulders using the pull-up station, designed with multiple hand grip positions for a variety of pull-up exercises to target different muscles. Target your core while performing ab crunches with the upper pulley and control resistance by loading weight plates (sold separately). Target your biceps with standing bicep curls using the lower pulley. The bench is ergonomically designed with an adjustable, thick pad for your comfort. The back pad adjusts to 6 different positions, allowing you to target particular muscle groups at certain inclines.
