Columbia bicycle carrier rack fits Elgin includes red jewels and brass name tag

This is a bare metal steel bicycle carrier rack that fits pre-war Columbia and Elgin Bicycles. It is in bare metal and will need to be prepped and painted in the color you choose for your bike. Light coating of original cosmolene  has protected it from rust or oxidation. This carrier rack was made by the Westfield Manufacturing company for use on their 1941 model anniversary bikes.It includes two red jewels and hardware to mount jewels as well as a solid brass Columbia rear tag.  Other sellers on Ebay get up to 0 for the exact same rack without the red jewels or name tag (save $$$ off their prices by buying it here) . This rack is in perfect condition but again will need to be painted.  Columbia bicycles and Elgin Bicycles both used this same rack. It looks very similar to the racks used on Elgin Bluebird and skylark bicycles.  Great for any restoration or even for rat rods and resto-mods.  This is a great rack for a great price.
