All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Items returned due to wrong size are eligible for exchange only.
Use the enclosed pre-addressed return label in your packaging. Cover the original shipping label with the return label and return it to us in the original shipping carton. Enclose this form and indicate the Reason Code for the return.
We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured mail.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 days after receipt for processing your refund. Allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. WE WILL REFUND SHIPPING COSTS ONLY IF THE RETURN IS THE RESULT OF OUR ERROR.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn. Surplus Hats is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
