Size is good for 8-10yrs old.
Comes with coordinating hair accessory.
Length from top of shoulder to hem=  44 ½" (if too long, shoulder straps can be shortened)
Length from center back from top of neckline to hem = 38 ½"
Sleeve length from center back neck to cuff hem =23 ¾"
Snap Closure
Velcro back closure.  The dress was very wide so it has been loosely basted at side seam to fit 24" chest but can be released to fit 26".
The velcro allows 2-4" more allowance but for a neat appearance, I chose to baste it.
This dress was originally from South Korea and only worn a couple of times for pictures.  With the exception of the alteration, its like new.
