This powers on and boots from floppy.
Our Apple tech reports that the analog board needs recapping and retracing lines.
We did a surface clean and the plastic looks great but has yellowed as you can see in the pictures.
This is a vintage machine, expect the normal wear/tear and discolorations - please view all pictures for details.
