Macintosh IIe Computer - 2 Disk Drives and Surge Protector

Macintosh IIe Computer - 2 Disk Drives and Surge Protector.
I opened the power supply! Nothing blown, as shown. I did plug it in and turned it on and there was a clicking coming from the PSU, so something is shorting.
The surge protector turns on and works!
Haven't been able to test the disk drives.
It's in beautiful condition, all scuffs and marks are shown
This also has the parts to plug into the style writer printer, also untested.
