Men's Speedo Jammer Fina 09/09 Swimsuit Size 28 Vintage 00631 77605 Racing

Up for sale I have a a used / vintage Speedo jammer swimsuit. It says Fina 09/09. This looks like a professional suit. It is not the normal jammer stretchy material. It does stretch but material is very thin and it crinkles almost like paper thin. I put it on my postal scale and it weighs between 2.1 and 2.3 ounces. I am NOT sure if this is a fastskin or lzr or some other style.  I tried to google the number from the tag 00631 77605 but could not find anything. Tag says waist size 32 suit size 28.  It measures about 11 inches wide and 17 inches long. See photo for how I placed tapes for measurements.  The speedo logo on the front shows wear and part of it has come off see photo.  PLEASE NOTE THE HOLES FOR DRAWSTRING ARE A LITTLE TORN SEE CLOSEUP PHOTO.
