Monark Bicycle - Parts or Restore

Barn find Monark bicycle with 26" tires. Don't know much about this. Looks like model 4106X and serial number 0150462, I think. Hard to make out for sure.  Has flat rotten tires, missing paint, weathered, surface rust and is worn. Seat in bad shape. This is old, used and dirty. Hasn't been used in years and could be missing small parts, don't know. Use for parts, restore or yard art. Make sure this will work for you, take a look at the pictures.
