this is quality zinc plated hardware with the proper star washers and bolt lengths, pan heads, round heads, etc.
that Schwinn used...
no nylocs here, they were not used by Schwinn or others, except on the later Weinmann/Dia-Compe  Schwinn approved brake calipers…
these will work with lightweight, middleweight,
heavyweight balloner, and Sting Ray restoration project...
what is shown in the picture is the hardware you are buying, the longer fender brace
screw at the bottom is for a visual, choose rack or no rear rack and you will get the appropriate set
