    This is a stencil set to paint the 2 tone pattern back on to your Schwinn Phantom tank
    it is an exact copy of the original design
    the material is like a sticker but is made of a special paint stencil material made for just this purpose it does not bleed through like masking tape.
    first you install the stencil over the chrome on your tank then paint the color, remove the stencil and you are left with a perfect 2 tone design with crisp edges.
