You are bidding on a vintage PIAVE MODELLO SPECIALE bicycle head tube badge manufactured in Italy. This Italian head badge is made of brass and is in excellent condition for the age. As you can see from the photo, the paint is almost non-existant, but this is due to the many years on the front of a bicycle.
The Piave name is still visible on the styled and raised relief designed front.
The right side rivet hole still has the original rivet in it, and the left side is not torn or ripped
. The head badge is still curved to fit the frame of the bicycle. With a little polish, this would make a striking addition to any vintage restoration project or collection.
SHIPPING WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION BASED ON THE BUYERS LOCATION.
