This is in excellent shape and has seen only minimal use. Many accessories are included per the pictures. This gym is better than the less expensive Bowflex rod gyms,, this uses Spiralflex technology for more even weight tension. This uses that technology to create the ideal muscle building machine. If you search Bowflex Revolution online you can see plenty of videos on the concept of Spiralflex and rave reviews on this. This unit includes the following Spiralflex weights 4 x 20 LB 2 x 40LB 2 x 10LB 2 x 5LB. Bench seats , leg lift attachment squat vest, and foot harness. This has seen only light usage and is in great shape, not worn or dirty. This is the more popular XP space saving version of the Revolution. This can be partially disassembled for easier transport, but it's pretty big, and you will need a van or a pickup truck.
