This listing is for the top cover only. I have several of these that have too much paint which blurs the embossed Delta but the embossing is perfecta as you can see from the underside. You can easily strip and repaint or use on a rider. Unused no corrosion or rust or dents. Nice top loader Delta torpedo light cover.
