    Description

    This chip is beautiful, no scratches or marks. Most likely it's a custom chip for a Tektronix scope but I can't find a cross reference.
    I believe it was manufactured at the Tektronix fab in Oregon since I obtained it from that area.
    The original chip carrier comes with it.
