Rare Vintage Abstract Brother Mel Mixed Media Rope Fiber Art Metal Frame Modern

Item:  For your consideration we are presenting for sale a super cool, one-of-a-kind vintage mixed media fiber art wall hanging by the late famed St. Louis artist, Brother Mel (Mel Meyer). Circa '70s / '80s.  Consists of a steel (metal framework) with beige rope fastened around it to form what looks like an abstract figure. While we could not locate the signature because it is most likely under the rope fiber on the metal frame, it is definitely created by Brother Mel.  We picked up this piece, along with another that we recently listed, from the same original owner.
Measurements: Approx. 44" tall x 29" wide x 2.5" deep (varying depths with 2.5" being the maximum depth).
Condition: Very good condition - no chips, cracks, breaks, pulls, scratches, repairs, etc. It's a wonderful one-of-a-kind piece that's ready for a new home!  It is being sold "as-is" - if you have any questions, please ask them prior to purchasing, and we'll be happy to reply back - thank you!
