Harder to find 20" August of 1977 dated Schwinn Sting-Ray in Sky Blue. J38-9 5 speed model (4.95 new) made in the good ol USA. Bicycle is in clean and working condition. Small dings, scratches, and tarnishing from use and storage. Rear tire is not original Schwinn (but is the correct size and style) and the chainguard is also missing. We think the handlebars have been replaced at some point but with the correct looking style. OE front Schwinn Westwind tire is good for display only. Brakes and shifter do work but need some adjusting before use. No overall heavy damage as shown. A great build for a rider or even a display piece. Perfect for any Schwinn enthusiast or collector.
