This is a VERY RARE VINTAGE 1970 WALT DISNEY "THE HAUNTED MANSION" DISNEYLAND RECORD AND BOOK.  The book is a 24 page children`s book telling the story of the "HAUNTED MANSION".  The book and record are both in very good condition.  There is some small numbers in pencil by the number 339 in the right hand corner, please see picture 2.  The record has been tested and there are no skips and it plays great.  Read and hear the story behind "THE HAUNTED MANSION" as well as listen to the actual sound effects from the Disneyland ride played on the record.  Side A & B reads the book for children to follow along.  Side B also has the sound effects called. "The Haunted House & The Dogs.  These books encouraged young children to read.  The book has been in a smoke and pet free home all of these years.  Shipped with USPS First Class Mail.  Thank you for viewing.
