    Description

    On sale because the lower washer is separated from the tab. Should be an easy fix.
    Mint Unused. Schwinn Approved.
    Perfect and complete.  Totally excellent chrome.  The quality of construction and the chrome plating is better than the ones made for the 1995's.

    Note:
    The phantoms came 2 ways.  Deluxe reflector with 2 holes and round studeed 3 1/4" reflector with one hole.  In order to make the rear fender fit both I just had one hole drilled so the fender could used used both ways. If you place the bottom hole of the reflector in the bottom hole then you can mark where the top hole is drilled.
