The paper is different in the sets but the decal color of white matches. I added a photo of a set I applied to a galvanized metal sheet just for comparison.
These decals are
white.  New high quality decals made identical to original to be totally authentic.  Fresh material guarantees easy trouble free application.  Not like NOS decals which come apart in your hands once you dip them in water.  This set comes with directions on how to apply them.  I mail them in a new stiff cardboard envelope and insure the shipment as well.  I have more sets on View other items. of different models of Corvette as well as many other Schwinn Models.  I will mix and match any set to suit your needs at no extra charge so if you want a different configuration just let me know.

Schwinn for the most part silk screened the graphics on to the frames. But, they also sold replacement decals to those who needed to repaint their frames and wanted a Schwinn Approved set of graphics. My decals are exact reproductions of the Schwinn decals. They are made from new old stock decals and every decal proof is SCHWINN APPROVED. They may not be 100% exact as the silk screen on your bike but will be very close and will display just like the originals.
