    Not being made anymore, limited supply.  Comes with tabs and side button tabs.  These were made in the 1980's and I got them when the company that made them went out of business. I don't have the old Schwinn cardboard pack card but everything else that is in the photo goes in this listing. The complete set of wear tabs and round rivets. More classic bicycle parts on .
