Front fender has surface rust only. These are large autocycle size fenders, the same size as Phantom fenders. Frontl. The rear fender upper mounting hole does not line up with the curved bracket on the frame. You will need to drill another hole and weld up the wrong hole or put a rivet in it to cover hole. Id you are using these on a Schwinn Whizzer you have to make the cutout for the drive belt anyway so you can modify this to fit at the same time.
The front fender is drilled for a Delta Rocket Ray or Torpedo Light. Comes with braces and threaded rivets.  Front fender has indents for Schwinn Springer Forks.
