    Mint condition.
    New Schwinn Approved. Used on many Mens and Ladies Schwinn
    models both balloon tire middleweight and lightweight bikes.  The
    clamp
    comes with the 1 5/8" bolt which is used on the bicycles without rear racks that attach to the seat post bolt. Used on or bikes pre 1967.
