Schwinn Heavyweight S-2 Wheel Set Blackout New Departure Coaster Sachs VT5000

Description

This is a custom wheel set. Both rims are Schwinn S-2. They are in great shape with minimal rust. They are cleaned up well but could be cleaned up even more if you want. No dings or bends.
The front wheel has a Sachs VT5000 drum brake (36 hole) custom painted to be blackout, with vintage brake lever. The rear wheel has a New Departure blackout coaster brake hub (36 hole) with original blackout coating. The ND coaster has been broken down, degreased and repacked with new grease. Both are laced up with 2.0 gauge blacked out spokes and nipples. The tires are barely used Schwalbe Fat Frank balloon. You can see from the image that they have seen little use. Both hubs work great.

I don't ship fully inflated so you will need to reseat the bead when you get them.
