    Description

    ..  TIRE HAS CRACKED SIDEWALLS.  I have no idea if these hold air reliably.
    Rim turns true within roughly 1/8" per revolution.
    Rust speckles on this rim.
    IMPERFECT.  THIS IS 20 inch.
    The axle bearings need cleaning and repacking to be smooth running.
    BENDIX brake arm says 1970-J on it.
