The SF-3 Power Cage is built with 3-foot x 3-foot, 11-gauge steel, which provides maximum stability and weight capacity. You will find that this rack can handle anything you throw at it and more. A great feature of a Power Cage is that it allows you to safely push your limits even while lifting by yourself. Bolt down the SF-3 for maximum stability and use the included safety straps to protect yourself during any exercise. The safety straps are much more adjustable than steel safety bars and can hold up to 1,500 pounds.
The included UHMW-coated J-Hooks are designed to protect your barbell and equipment from scratches and fading, allowing you to use them time and time again. 47 vertical holes and "westside" spacing on the bottom half of each upright pole allow for the perfect fit for any user's bench press.
