    This is a stencil set
    Repaint the design on your Elgin bicycle headtube
    the stencils were made by copying the design from the pictures of the black bike
    So they are not exact copies from a original paint frame
    The stencils are made from a special masking material made just for paint masking
    it costs more but it will not pull your paint off like regular vinyl might, it is easier to remove and will not bleed through.
