    i bought this directly from total gym a few years ago and i used it one time... literally ONCE! i never got past the first segment of the first video. why? because i lived in an apartment and my downstairs neighbor could hear the wheels rolling on the frame. since then i have taken it around from apartment to apartment and have had no further interest.
    everything is included as it was when i bought it. everything is in like new condition.
