Book is original and in used, excellent vintage condition with minor wear. No markings except for the last page 24 (see photo).

record is broken
.  There is a scratch line on the green label.  The break continues up through the vinyl record.  Not sure if this can be repaired.
This item is sold AS-IS, returns are not accepted.  Please see photos to assess condition for yourself.  I have inspected the item and tried to indicate the obvious flaws but I am not an expert.  Always happy to answer questions or provide additional photos if needed.
