    Description

Vintage Art Deco Postcard The UTE Theatre
This is a very nice hard to find vintage postcard showing The UTE Theatre in its glory days. Done in a art deco style as was the style of the theatre. I believe this card is circa 1930's.
The theatre was in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
    Ute
    is a dialect of the
    Colorado River Numic
language, spoken by the Ute people.
    The Ute tribe is a
    group of Native American Indians
who originally lived in portions of what are now the U.S. states of New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah.
Card is in excellent condition. Has a very small amount of black postcard corner residue on the back. It must have been mounted in a book at one time.
The first picture shows a shadow in the lower left hand corner. This is not a stain on the card and is just a shadow.
