VINTAGE BICYCLE REAR RACK 9 HOLE BLACK LOOK!!!

Here is a 9 hole bicycle rear rack carrier.  I got it as shown not really sure what brand bike it's from.  Doesn't really look Schwinn. Maybe Elgin or Shelby.  If you know e-mail and I'll add it to the listing.   Other than the brace ends it seems in pretty good shape.
