Vintage Color Photo Three-Cent Postcard features a full-color photograph of the new National Education Association Center building located in Washington, D.C..  A few pedestrians and numerous classic automobiles are also visible in front of the massive structure.  The reverse side of the postcard reads, in part, as follows:
