Vintage Mesinger Saddle Seat Schwinn Phantom Heavyweight Vintage. Condition is "Used".
Great condition. I sold one of these a month ago and the rubber on this one is even nicer and more pliable. Definitely usable and not just a display piece like some of these that have dried out over the years.
There is a light paint overspray on there surface but you can see from the photo I took a toothbrush to one area in the center and it came off easily with some alcohol.
