    Description

    26" enameled with red stripe drop center wheel set for 1930's-40's prewar Elgin Heavyweight balloon tire bicycles. No missing spokes. Rims spin pretty true and round I did not have them on a truing stand but I would say within 1/8". Straight axles with good threads and all hardware. Good original paint rider / survivor condition. Elgin air cooled rear coaster brake hub and New Departure WL front hub.
