    Vintage Schwinn 24" S2 Enamel 28 Hole Rim Hoops
    Hoops are in rough shape with rust and paint loss
    Looks as if someone tried to strip these at some point in time
    Most of the rust is on the inner part of the rims but seem to be solid (see picture)
    Would be a nice set to refinish
