Vintage Used HERCULES SYCHRO SWITCH 3-Speed. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
Please see pictures.  I don't know how to test this? I push the switch forward and it springs back. I look inside and I don't see any broken parts?, but I don't know what to look for? Buy at you own risk I will do what I can to help you make an informed decision. It has wear from usage and age. I think there is supose to be a clamp to mount it on a set of handlebars but that is missing.
