This is a new Whizzer Motor Bike powered by a four stroke motor. Whizzer built these back in the thirties and forties and the same company (of course new management) put them back into production in the late nineties. Still using the Schwinn platform and trying to keep with original origins they came up with this design. With the current laws at the time of new build wires had to be at least run for turn signals but not hooked up. So if you wanted to make this street legal just add signals. I’ve drained and replaced the oil and replaced the spark plug. Fires right up and is still in its break in stage. Good for your Man Cave as a statement piece or to get out in the wind.
