    Description

    This is an original WW 2 USN USMC fuel quantity  indicator  gauge instrument  as used in the F4U Corsair fighter. It mounted on the right lower side instrument panel.   It is 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 x 3 inches. The F4U corsair is well known for its success in the South Pacific while being flown by the USMC. VMF-214 , The Black Sheep Squadron flew the F4U. Today the F4U is  making a comeback as several aircraft have been restored to flying condition and several more projects are in the works.  This item is being sold as a collectable.We accept  PAYPAL in U.S. Dollars only.Payment should be received within 10 days of auction closing unless prior arrangements have been made.
